Intune Deployment QuickStart

Deploy Intune in weeks, not months

Managing endpoints is a constant challenge for IT teams. Manual installs, legacy tools and inconsistent policies create inefficiencies and introduce risk. Microsoft Intune provides a scalable way to manage devices and users but standing it up correctly requires time and expertise.

Threadfin’s Intune Deployment QuickStart is a fixed-fee engagement that helps organizations deploy Intune in 2–5 weeks. The goal: build a secure, compliant foundation that supports future expansion, while enabling IT teams to take ownership moving forward.

What’s Included:

Licensing & Setup

We start by auditing and validating Intune and Azure Active Directory licensing. Our engineers configure Azure AD Connect for hybrid join and recommend adjustments to ensure licensing is optimized.

Configuration

We establish the core policies required for secure endpoint management:

  • Device policies for iOS android and Windows 10/11

  • Compliance and conditional access policies

  • Defender for Endpoint configuration for advanced monitoring

  • Intune configuration for updates and enforcement

Application Deployment

We configure and deploy common applications such as Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise, Adobe Acrobat Reader and Google Chrome. A proof of concept is included for future app deployments through Intune or Autopilot.

Windows Autopilot

We configure Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning, run pilot deployments on a small number of devices and create runbooks so your IT staff can repeat the process at scale.

Knowledge Transfer

Up to eight hours of dedicated knowledge transfer are included. This ensures your team understands how to manage, troubleshoot and extend the Intune environment after the QuickStart is complete.

Who It’s For:

  • IT leaders who need endpoint modernization without a drawn-out project

  • Engineers responsible for securing and scaling device environments

  • Organizations moving from manual provisioning or legacy tools

  • Companies adopting hybrid or remote work and requiring zero-touch deployment

  • Teams strengthening security with conditional access and Defender for Endpoint

Timeline

From kickoff to deployment, the QuickStart takes 2–5 weeks depending on the complexity of your environment. By the end of the engagement, your organization will have a fully functional Intune foundation ready for long-term growth.
